    115th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment

    A detainee and his wife are reunited following his release at the Kirkuk police academy in northeastern Iraq on April 21. Over 400 family members showed up for the release of 122 detainees during the largest of its kind in this region as part of reconciliation efforts.
