U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Joe Sharkey presents a coin to Chief Warrant Officer 4 Anthony Brixius before a promotion ceremony in the U.S. Central Command area of operations, June 1, 2024. Brixius was later promoted to the rank of chief warrant officer 5, which is the highest rank for warrant officers in the U.S. Army.
