Chap. (Lt. Col.) Stuart Kazarovich in Latif, Afghanistan, in 2012. Kazarovich served as the battalion chaplain for the Stryker Infantry Battalion Battlefield Surveillance Brigade, Fort Lewis, Wash. Kazarovich has almost 20 years of service with the U.S. Army and has held a variety of assignments across the world.
