A U.S. Coast Guard crew member aboard the USCGC Razorbill (WPB-87332) commences fire with one of the Razorbill’s M2-A1 .50 caliber machine guns during a gunnery exercise (GUNNEX) in the Northern Atlantic Ocean, July 23, 2024. With the help of two weapons instructors, the crew of the Razorbill conducted gunnery exercises, misfire procedures, and mount captain training for 600 rounds, qualifying four members in weapon system proficiency.
