CLDJ port operations department ensures force protection through a coordinated vetting process alongside host nation port workers and CLDJ assets. This coordinated effort ensures that all foreign vessels are deemed secure before they are allowed to approach U.S. ships visiting Djibouti.
Camp Lemonnier is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied and partner nation forces to be where they are needed to ensure security and protect U.S. interests.
