Combined Joint Tast Force - Horn of Africa and Camp Lemonier's command staff greet Adm. Gary Roughead, chief of naval operations during a brief visit to Camp Lemonier Djibouti. During the visit, Roughead held an all-hands call with Sailors with many questions focusing on the future of the Navy's fleet of ships and individual augmentee assignments. After the all-hands call Roughead re-enlisted four Sailors ranging from seaman to senior chief petty officer.
