YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 18, 2024) - Damage Controlman 3rd Class Dorian Powell (right) and Damage Controlman 2nd Class Joshua Roman, both of Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's Emergency Operations Center, review a military spouse's Emergency Evacuation Package during a simulated Emergency Evacuation July 18, 2024 in the installation's C-2 Auditorium as part of Exercise Citadel Pacific 2024. Exercise Citadel Pacific 2024 is an anti-terrorism force protection exercise that is being conducted at installations across the Pacific.
