NORFOLK, Va. (July 17, 2024) - Cmdr. Robert W. Knoerzer, commanding officer of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 9, presents a Navy and Marine Corps achievement medal to Aviation Structural Mechanic 2nd Class Anthony Harmon for his service and artistry to make the squadron's MH-60S ceremonial aircraft unlike any other aircraft in the fleet.
