Randy “Church” Kee, Director of the Ted Stevens Center for Arctic Security Studies, and Associate Director Matthew Hickey, welcomes Gen. CQ Brown, Jr., Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and his wife, Sharene Brown, to the newest Regional Center, which is located on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, July 14.
