Col. Brian Jacobs, U.S. Army Garrison Fort Hamilton commander, met with NYC Department of Environmental Protection officials June 26, in Queens to discuss potential interagency partnerships. Jacobs was joined by Craig Seba, Installation Geospatial Information and Services Manager, and Pallavi Prayaga, garrison environmental protection specialist, to discuss collaboration opportunities with DEP as Resilient NYC Partners.
DEP representatives included Paul Rush, deputy commissioner of water supply; Mike Farnan, executive director for water and sewer operations; Diane Hammerman, director of operations analysis and regulatory compliance; Stephanie Chao, chief of staff for water and sewer operations; Angela Licata, deputy commissioner of sustainability; and Anna Ponting, DEP chief of staff.
