Doug Perry, commander, U.S. 2nd Fleet and Joint Force Command Norfolk, speaks with families and friends during a homecoming event for the "Dusty Dogs" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 7 at Naval Station Norfolk. HSC-7, part of Carrier Air Wing 3 embarked on the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Dwight D.
