A fuels technician assigned to the 379th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron operates a STARCART system to transfer fuel between two fuel bladders at an undisclosed location within the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility, July 10, 2024. The STARCART is a lighter and leaner version of the R-11, the standard refueler seen in Petroleum, Oils and Lubricants flights.
