Members of the 163d Attack Wing's Medical Group conducted a Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) class, culminating in a mass casualty exercise on February 2, 2024, at March Air Reserve Base, California. The first portion of the course consisted of classroom instructions and demonstrations. During the final evaluation, participants extracted dummies from a building while under simulated enemy fire. After verifying the status of the patients, they utilized their combat aid kits to administer care. This exercise was designed to provide realistic training and assess the proficiency of the medical personnel.
