U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Rachel Tozier will represent the Nation at the Summer Olympics in Paris, France in Women’s International Trap. This will be the first Olympics for the Pattonsburg, Missouri native who is a marksmanship instructor/competitive shooter for the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit's Shotgun Team, which is stationed at Fort Moore, Georgia.
