Brig. Gen. Sa'ad, deputy commander, 7th Brigade, 2nd National Police Division, passes a pre-academy course diploma to Amar Hamed, a policeman assigned to the Bilat police station, April 19, at Joint Security Station Doura in the Rashid District of southern Baghdad. The five-day class served as a refresher course for skills such as vehicle inspections, police ethics, weapons familiarization, and checkpoint operations. "I look forward to serving with you all in the streets of Baghdad," Sa'ad said.
