Nieto, with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 3rd Battalion, 7th Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, used a flag that has been passed down to him by two of his brothers, who also re-enlisted with it during their deployments.
