The CTLT program offers select U.S. Military Academy, West Point cadets, the Army's future leaders, an invaluable chance to experience active duty firsthand by shadowing seasoned platoon leaders. SETAF-AF provides U.S. Africa Command and U.S. Army Europe and Africa a dedicated headquarters to synchronize Army activities in Africa and scalable crisis response options in Africa and Europe.
