The Andersen Air Force Base Cadet Squadron was hosted by the Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron TWO-FIVE (HSC-25), which is the Navy's only forward-deployed MH-60S expeditionary squadron, at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Mar. 29, 2024.
The cadets first were briefed by the Naval Pilots of the aircraft on the capabilities & limitations of MH-60S Helicopter, and also the pipeline on how to become a Naval Aviator. They were then given an in-depth and up-close tour of the MH-60S helicopter. The cadets were able to learn from the Naval Aviators and Rescue Swimmers on how all the equipment on the aircraft was operated and maintained.
