U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Emma Rathfon, an aviation ordnance systems technician with Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron (MALS) 31, Marine Aircraft Group (MAG) 31, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW), transports ordnance at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, May 29, 2024. MALS-31, the “Stingers”, are based out of Marine Corps air Station Beaufort, South Carolina, and currently augment MAG-12 as part of their Unit Deployment Program. MALS-12, MAG-12, 1st MAW and MALS-31 are training in Guam as part of the Aviation Training Relocation program to enhance interservice capabilities and to sustain high operational readiness in the Indo-Pacific.
