ANSBACH, Germany (May 23, 2024) U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Ansbach, in cooperation with Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and Veterans of the American Legion, hosted the annual Memorial Day Ceremony at the 12th Combat Aviation Brigade Memorial Park at Katterbach Kaserne. Members of the community came together to honor and remember the fallen Soldiers on this special observance day. After the invocation from the garrison's chaplain, the Ansbach Middle High School JROTC color guard posted the colors for the Memorial Day ceremony. USAG Ansbach is a U.S. Army Power Projection Platform consisting of aviation, engineering, and artillery assets spread across nine kasernes in the heart of Middle Franconia, Germany.
