GUANTANAMO BAY, Cuba (May 13, 2024) – Army Pfc. Genesis Melendez, a veterinary technician assigned to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay’s new Veterinary Treatment Facility, provides a tour to Navy Capt. Richard Zeber, Director, U.S. Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay and Commanding Officer, U.S. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command, and members from Preventive Medicine, May 13. Melendez, a native of Toa Baja, Puerto Rico, belongs to Veterinary Readiness Activity, Fort Eisenhower, Augusta, Ga.
