Col. Gregory R. Curtis (Ret.), former Commanding Officer of Headquarters and Service Battalion, relinquishes command to Col. Matthew D. Bain in a change of command ceremony on Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, S.C., May 17, 2024.
Following the change of command, Col. Curtis was formally retired after 27 years of faithful service in the Marine Corps.
