Reserve Citizen Airmen from the 624th Aeromedical Staging Squadron participated in Exercise Pineapple Thunder at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, from April 16 to 18, 2024. The 624th ASTS personnel trained with AFMS Hickam 15th Medical Group during the En Route Patient Staging System tent build-up and acted as patients for the simulated mass-casualty event. ERPSS is a flexible, modular patient staging system that provides temporary capability during humanitarian assistance, disaster relief operations, and peace and wartime situations.
