Quartermaster 3rd Class Jeremiah Clarke, a native of Tinton Falls, New Jersey, hoists the Every Sailor a Recruiter (ESaR) pennant aboard USS Boxer (LHD 4), May 10, 2024. The goal of the ESaR program is for U.S. Navy Sailors all over the world to share their positive experiences of naval service with qualifying applicants and provide referrals based upon these interactions. Commander, Naval Surface Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet is recognizing ships that have embraced the program and had referrals result in Navy contracts with a pennant that can be flown until the new recruit arrives at Recruit Training Command.
