240502-N-LZ409-1093 KEKAHA, Hawai‘i (May 2, 2024) A High-Speed Maneuverable Seaborne Target transits past the Na Pali Coast during a tour with the Seaborne Powered Target (SEPTAR) unit of Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Barking Sands. PMRF is the world’s largest instrumented multi-environmental range capable of supported surface, air, and space operations simultaneously.
