Spc. Garcia Esteban, an infantry Soldier with the 1-252 Armor Regiment, North Carolina Army National Guard, supports training for Exercise Immediate Response 24 on May 10, 2024, Mesto Libava, Czech Republic.

"My favorite part about participating in Immediate Response 24 is being able to work together with my partner forces, see how well they can work, and see how well we can work with them to complete our tasks," Garcia said.

Garcia also said it's been interesting training in a foreign country, and he's enjoyed seeing how other armies operate.

"This kind of training makes me a better Soldier because you can add on from what you've learned from your partner forces and teach them what you know so that when there comes time we need to come together in real combat, it will flow seamlessly, and the job will get done that much quicker."
