U.S. Army Soldiers, Department of the Army civilians, and contract employees assigned to various organizations participated in the Common Faculty DevelopmentâInstructor Course (CFD-IC) offered by the 7th Army Training Command, Combined Arms Training Center (CATC), in Rose Barracks, Germany, on May 2, 2024. The course trains new faculty members to facilitate learning in an adult learning environment. As a TRADOC and NATO Quality Assurance accredited institution, CATC offers nearly 60 courses ranging from classroom instruction on transporting HAZMAT on European public roads to combat lifesaving skills in a simulated combat environment.
