U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Troy Savageau, a digital forensic examiner with the Multi-Domain Exploitation Team, 1st Intelligence Battalion, conducts a process to expose a fingerprint using a Forensics Dominance System - Marine Corps during an MDET demonstration as part of Exercise Balikatan 24 at Camp Aguinaldo, Manila, Philippines, May 2, 2024. The MDET is a highly mobile forensics unit able to process fingerprints, fluids, and electronics recovered in the field almost anywhere. Their findings are then sent to an intelligence center for exploitation.
