    A U.S. Navy Sailor with the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS New York (LPD 21) conducts care on a simulated casualty during Composite Unit Training Exercise (COMPTUEX), while underway in the Atlantic Ocean, April 30, 2024.
