Jacob Klosowski, assigned the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Topeka (SSN 754), and the crew of Topeka on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, April 26, 2024. Klosowski received the award from the Aloha Chapter of the Naval Submarine League as part of their annual Warfighting Awards.
