Members of the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Policy, Personnel & Readiness (P&R), and Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation (CAPE) tour a landing craft, air cushion aboard the USS Wasp (LHD 1) during Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) while underway in the Atlantic Ocean, April 24, 2024. The purpose of the visit was to inform OSD Policy, P&R, and CAPE of the operational capabilities of the Wasp (WSP) Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU).
