Maj. Gen. Deborah Kotulich, Deputy Chief of Army Reserve, delivers remarks at the Staff Sgt. Richard S. Eaton Jr. Army Reserve Center memorialization ceremony. Eaton died of heat related injuries in August 2003, following a firefight in Al-Hit, Iraq. He last served with the 323rd Military Intelligence Battalion.
