U.S. Army Lt. Gen. John R. Evans, Army North commanding general and senior Army commander of Joint Base San Antonio, and Command Sgt. Maj. Jerimiah Gan, Army North senior enlisted leader, participated in the Texas Cavaliers River Parade in San Antonio, Texas, Apr. 23, 2024. This one-of-a-kind parade included festive music and a number of boats decorated with bright flowers and the vibrant and bold colors of Fiesta.
