The 92nd OMRS overcame manning shortfalls by implementing changes that offer patients group therapy opportunities and walk-in provider assistance. This update decreased wait times from one month to 24 hours or less and ensured Airmen who need assistance have easy access to a mental health provider who can direct them to the best service for their needs.
