A Navy utility boat transfers humanitarian supplies from the USS Ft. McHenry to the High Speed Vessel Swift. The humanitarian supplies have been collected from a variety of non-governmental organizations, to include USAID and Project Hope. The supplies will be delivered throughout Africa during African Partnership Station 2008, a multi-national maritime security and training exercise.
