Lisa Franchetti watches as the initials of the ship's sponsor, Melissa Braithwaite, are ceremoniously welded into a piece of the keel, during the keel laying ceremony for the lead ship of the Constellation-class of guided-missile frigates USS Constellation (FFG 62), April 12, 2024.
