The 363d ISR Wing held its Spring Wing Leadership Summit in Newport News, Va., April 8-11, 2024. More than 60 members gathered to the Hampton Roads area to include squadron commanders, group commanders, senior enlisted leaders, first sergeants and directors. The summit provided an opportunity to share unique perspectives, help each other grow as leaders. Additionally, the group received briefings from Air Combat Command leadership, updates on the wing’s strategic action plan, and was able to deep-dive with the Wing Staff and network with each other.
