U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Nick Walker-Potts, command senior enlisted leader, discusses the impact Noncommissioned Officers (NCO) and Senior Noncommissioned Officers (SNCO) have within a military organization as well as their responsibilities to their officer counterparts, specifically outlining the value and impact of input to the officer core and leading enlisted military members during the NCO Development Subject Matter Expert Exchange with the Nepal Army in Kathmandu, Nepal, March 18, 2024. The U.S. Special Operations Command Pacific routinely participates in exchanges to synchronize special operations capabilities, build professional relationships, enhance bilateral relations, and increase interoperability. The Nepal Army and SOCPAC work together to enhance interoperability, modernize capabilities, and train together – allowing us to address shared challenges in the region in support of our shared vision for a free and open Indo-Pacific.
