NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. (April 9, 2024) Retired Vice Adm. Ann Rondeau, president of the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), and Doug Beck, director of the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU), meet with NPS students before the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two institutions at the Sea-Air-Space conference in National Harbor, Md.
