A U.S. Navy special operations independent duty corpsman assigned to Reconnaissance Company, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, applies medical care to a simulated casualty aboard a CH-53E Super Stallion attached to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 165 (Reinforced), 15th MEU, during en route care training in the South China Sea April 9, 2024.
