An HH-60W Jolly Green II helicopter taxis in front of an HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter on the flight line at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona, on April 7, 2024. This HH-60G has a two-tone camouflage pattern paint scheme, consisting of drab green and tan colors, as part of a heritage restoration project honoring the history of Air Force Rescue during the Vietnam War. The HH-60W is the successor to the HH-60G Pave Hawk and is used for a variety of missions to include combat search and rescue operations in hostile or denied territory. Both helicopters are assigned to 943d Rescue Group, a geographically separated unit from the 920th Rescue Wing, Patrick Space Force Base, Florida.
