Twenty-five cadets from Fordham University's Army ROTC program received a briefing on Garrison Support Services from the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Hamilton Command Team and Directorate Leadership on March 21 in the Garrison Headquarters' Command Conference Room.
Representatives from each directorate and installation support office briefly explained the services they provide to the garrison and its tenants. The briefing provided an overview of the garrison's mission as part of the U.S. Army Installation Management Command, the organizational structure of a typical Army garrison, and the support services available to service members and their families.
After the briefing, the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation gave the cadets a tour of USAG Fort Hamilton, highlighting the locations of various garrison services. (U.S. Army photo by Mark Getman, Fort Hamilton Garrison Public Affairs)
