Captain Josh Carollo, 104th Fighter Wing chaplain, held a lunch and learn session for members of the 104th Maintenance Squadron, March 27, 2024, at Barnes Air National Guard Base, Massachusetts. "The goal of this class was to help our members build resilience by providing them with practical tools on effectively managing expectations and dealing with frustration," said Carollo. By conducting these classes during lunch, members are offered complimentary food in a relaxed environment where they can learn resiliency building techniques and maintain their mission readiness.
