The U.S. military’s premier deployable Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives (CBRNE) command participated in Exercise Austere Challenge in Germany, March 4 - 14. American Soldiers and U.S. Army civilians from the 20th CBRNE Command trained with V Corps and U.S. Army Europe and Africa during the exercise, with some personnel in Wiesbaden and Grafenwoehr, Germany, and others supporting remotely from the command headquarters on Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.
