U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Felix Vazquez, assigned to the 1st Expeditionary Air Support Operations Squadron, practices an armbar in preparation for the Best Noncommissioned Officer and Soldier of the Rotation Competition combative tournament at Mihail Kogălniceanu Air Base, Romania, on March 18, 2024. This competition brought together members of the U.S. Air Force, Army, and Navy, along with participants from the Romanian and French armies, and provided an opportunity to hone skills, increase lethality, and build interoperability.
