Col. Brian A. Jacobs, the garrison commander of Fort Hamilton, presents Mr. Rafael Gallardo with a commander's coin March 12 at a recent command and staff meeting held at the garrison headquarters. Gallardo earned Teammate of the Month honors.
Gallardo is a vital member of the Fort Hamilton Commissary team since joining in July 2018 as a commissary support clerk. Over the previous three to four months, he seamlessly assumed the responsibilities of multiple roles. Gallardo demonstrated exceptional inventory control and financial diligence. His capability in managing vendor negotiations and maintaining payment efficiency spoke to his remarkable proficiency and dedication.
The Garrison and commissary team deeply appreciates Gallardo's commitment and the level of excellence he brings to the garrison community and workforce.
