A 1st Armored Division Soldier sorts portable fuel tanks from a safety cordon at Fort Bliss, Texas, March 13, 2024. As a part of the installation's Black Start Exercise, which cut main power to many parts of the post, sustainment Soldiers sprang into action to feed and support their teammates away from installed facilities due to the planned power outage.
