U.S. Army Soldiers with Alpha Company, 2nd Battalion, 112th Infantry Regiment, 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, Pennsylvania National Guard conduct cross-training on the V-22 Osprey with the Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 261, or VMM 261 flight crew held at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, March 7, 2024. It was the first time many of the Soldiers flew inside an Osprey with the purpose of practicing loading on and off the aircraft, testing communications and practicing security operations upon dismounting on and off the Osprey.
