AFRICOM Command Chaplain, CH (Colonel) Karen Meeker and Major Joseph Wilhem, the Office of Security Cooperation Chief at the U.S. Africa Command, coordinate a pastoral visit to U.S. personnel at the U.S. Embassy Brazzaville, Republic of Congo during the annual Requirements Synchronization Working Group (RSWG) / Humanitarian Assistance Working Group (HAWG) at Edelweiss Lodge and Resort in Garmisch, Germany. The Chaplain team's focus during RSWG/HAWG was to highlight how General Langley's spiritual fitness line of effort, religious key leader engagements, and visits to Offices of Security Cooperation support the command's strategic campaign objectives and lines of effort.
