U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Charlie Segovia assembles an M240 machine gun during the inaugural 3d Marine Littoral Regiment Patronage Day on Marine Corps Base Hawaii, March 7, 2024. The occasion brought together every battalion from the MLR to compete in different physical events, all centered around the experiences and battles that the historic 3d Marine Regiment endured and the fighting spirit 3d MLR has inherited from the Marines that came before them.
